At the core of TGMC's impressive surface mount facility is the Siemens Siplace 80F4 pick and place machine. Capable of accurately placing 0402 through 50mmx50mm FQFP, BGA and micro-BGA's. It has an 80 component inventory count and maintains placement times of up to 7500 cph.

Using the MPM Ultraprint 2000 for auto paste application, the line is finished by an SMT 460c, four zone, convection reflow system.

A Zeevac DRS 24 provides the ability for BGA reworking, whilst an array of PTH machinery and hand tools complete the assembly facility.
